Cowboys Fit in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Recovery Lounge Team to greet members, explain Recovery services, and support a welcoming, high-energy environment. You will promote Recovery offerings, help members set up complimentary services, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

The role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and attentive customer service as you assist with equipment maintenance and respond to member questions, while contributing to club operations and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Front-line guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell services and retail packages.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Recovery services and promotions.
• Contact new members to set up their complimentary services.
• Advise members on services to meet their goals.
• Drive sales of packages/retail and ensure Lounge has necessary tools.
• Assist with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of Cryo chambers and tanks.
• Ensure members check in and have active memberships.
• Collect dues and update billing when appropriate.
• Assist members with inquiries and concerns.
• Report issues promptly and maintain club cleanliness.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Attend required meetings.
• Remain proficient in Cowboys Fit policies and promotions.
• Stay updated with the Member Services and Recovery Playbook.

The Recovery Lounge Team Member plays an integral role in providing an exceptional front-line experience for our members and guests, and in doing so, contributes to the overall success of the company. Our Recovery Lounge Team provides the first impression of who we are to anyone who enters our space and is there to greet, acknowledge, and assist all members and guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining an active knowledge of all Recovery services and promotions
• Contacting new members to get them set up with their complimentary services
• Advising members and guests on services that will help them meet their goals
• Driving sales and ensuring the Lounge has the tools and knowledge needed to successfully sell packages/retail
• Assisting with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of Cryo chambers and tanks
• Ensuring that all members and guests check in and have active memberships
• Collecting dues and updating billing when appropriate
• Assisting members and guests with all inquiries and concerns
• Reporting all issues in a timely manner
• Contributing to maintaining the club-wide standards of cleanliness
• Assisting other departments when necessary
• Attending all required meetings
• Maintaining an active and working knowledge of Cowboys Fit as a company, as well as services and promotions
• Remain proficient in policies and directives as outlined in the Member Services and Recovery Playbook

Work Schedule

Work hours are scheduled and made available to employees by the Operations Manager. Your supervisor will give you more details about where to access your schedule. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members.
