Zepf Center in Toledo, OH seeks a Full-time Resident Advisor to work second shift in our Recovery House on Collingwood Blvd. You will support residents in recovery, help create a safe environment, and connect them with resources to sustain sobriety.

This 24-hour facility requires flexible hours and teamwork with the Recovery Housing Manager. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, extended sobriety, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and extended sobriety required.
• Must be a current resident.
• Knowledge of Recovery Community resources and other resources available to the target population preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains safe and clean living quarters for residents.
• Monitors that residents follow the Resident Handbook, including curfew hours.
• Welcomes and introduces new tenants to existing residents.
• Conducts New Resident Orientation within 24 hours of move-in to Recovery Housing.
• Supports residents to learn skills to facilitate recovery.
