Qualifications

• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in staff management, leadership and budget administration.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, schedule, and evaluate at least two full-time residential employees.
• Design and implement new programming and recovery initiatives for residents; assess effectiveness and improve.
• Oversee compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations; develop policies as needed.
• Develop and administer the household operating budget; monitor expenses and approve purchases.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
• Prepare program performance reports, budgets, and improvement plans.
