Job summary

Anew-Behavioral-Health is seeking a Recovery House Tech for our on-site recovery home in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This PRN position supports residents, enforces conduct, and responds to incidents while ensuring a safe, substance-free environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with grievances, maintaining confidentiality, and staying present during resident hours. CPR certification and HIPAA compliance are preferred and required by policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be readily available to assist residents with questions or support.
• Assist in filing and reviewing resident grievances promptly and sensitively.
• Respond to incidents at the recovery home and document actions.
• Enforce Code of Conduct and house rules consistently.
• Maintain on-site presence during resident hours.
• Model recovery principles and prosocial behavior.
• Ensure the home is free from alcohol and illicit substances.
• Check for prohibited items and ensure resident safety.
• Account for all residents and meet additional support needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
