Job summary

Titan Recovery Centers in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator to support individuals in treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. You’ll lead structured psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups, helping clients strengthen coping skills and build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience facilitating groups or recovery support in behavioral health.
• Understanding of SUD, relapse prevention, and recovery challenges.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills with diverse clients.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Certification in SUD treatment or peer recovery support.
• Experience in psychoeducational or relapse prevention groups.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, MI, CBT, or DBT concepts.
• Experience in Residential, PHP, IOP or structured programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Therapeutic Programming: Lead structured psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups addressing relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, healthy relationships, and personal development.
• Encourage Client Engagement: Create a supportive, inclusive group environment that encourages participation, meaningful discussion, and positive peer interactions.
• Support Treatment Goals: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure group topics and activities complement individualized treatment plans and recovery objectives.
• Promote Recovery Skills: Help clients develop practical strategies for managing triggers, navigating challenges, strengthening communication, and maintaining healthy behaviors.
• Maintain Group Structure: Establish appropriate boundaries, manage group dynamics, and encourage respectful communication while maintaining a safe and productive environment.
• Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely group attendance records, session notes, and other required documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with the Treatment Team: Communicate relevant observations and client concerns to appropriate clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
