Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk support and greet clients.
• Answer phones and respond to emails while directing inquiries to appropriate services.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative reporting and scheduling tasks.
• Coordinate transportation and liaise with internal/external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow cybersecurity requirements.
