Job summary

Edgewater Health is seeking a Residential Technician II for Horizons Group Home in Gary, IN to provide direct support, supervision, and skill-building for residents with behavioral health needs.

You will promote a safe, structured living environment, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and transitions toward greater independence.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in residential services or behavioral health is desirable.
• QMA certification or other medication credential may be required depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct residential support and supervision.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment promoting recovery.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and housekeeping.
• Support transition planning and community integration.
• Document resident progress and incidents in required systems.
