Compass Health Network is seeking a Peer Specialist ITCD to join the Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) team in Troy. This full-time role emphasizes using lived experience to support clients navigating mental health and substance use recovery, within a holistic, team-driven approach.

You will engage with participants, share coping strategies, and help connect them to community resources, while meeting program requirements and maintaining certifications as needed.

Qualificações

• Must be in recovery and willing to share lived experience.
• Must complete mandated training and certification processes when applicable.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto coverage required.

Responsabilidades

• Share personal recovery experiences and model healthy coping strategies.
• Support individuals in building confidence, resilience, and community connections.
• Assist with goal-setting and navigating treatment and support systems.
• Help individuals recognize and build on their own strengths.
• Participate as a valued member of the treatment team.
• Provide transportation support when clinically indicated; driving is an essential function.
