Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking an Integrated Team Engagement Partner II to support adults with mental health concerns within a multidisciplinary ACCS team in Greater Boston. This non-exempt role involves delivering interventions, assisting with daily living skills, and coordinating with housing and care teams to promote recovery and independence.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with certification and CPR/First Aid within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Word and Google Apps is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to adults with mental health issues.
• Use evidence-based practices like SBIRT, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction.
• Assist with daily living skills and transport to appointments when needed.
• Collaborate with housing and care coordination teams to support tenancy and transitions.
• Administer medications per MAP standards and train self-medication.
