Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Masters-level or licensed clinician for outpatient behavioral health services in Holyoke, MA. The clinician will manage adult caseloads, provide individual therapy, and develop therapeutic groups in a recovery-oriented framework.

The role emphasizes engagement with clients who may be ambivalent, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or eligible for independent/supervised practice in MA.
• Experience delivering outpatient behavioral health services.
• Experience facilitating/leading therapeutic groups.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outpatient caseload of adults with serious mental illness.
• Provide individual therapy, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Design, recruit for, launch, and facilitate therapeutic groups.
• Coordinate care with providers, families, and community partners.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
