Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lived experience with behavioral health condition and stable recovery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver\'s license and required insurance.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct services and peer support to clients in homes, schools, and communities.
• Use lived experience to support client growth and recovery.
• Develop and implement person-centered individual and group activities.
• Support clients in managing triggers, stress, and crises.
• Advocate for client rights, dignity, and community inclusion while supporting medication compliance as needed.
• Maintain documentation, participate in supervision and trainings, and coordinate schedules and transportation.
