Job summary

Quadrant Health Group is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for our San Francisco facility. You will support the clinical staff, supervise clients, and help ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior clinical experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• SUDRC or RADTI certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the role as part of the treatment team to maintain client wellbeing.
• Provide client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.
• Document medications and client observations in EMR and Central Medication Log.
• Conduct intake assessments and rounds; maintain client confidentiality.
