Job summary

Centerstone is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians I in Quincy, IL to support clients on their recovery journey. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, participating in treatment planning, and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure safety and adherence to program rules.

The position offers on-call as needed, on-site work, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of consistent work history preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Care: actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
• Client Support: assist clients with daily living activities and provide education.
• Program Monitoring: ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors.
• Medication Oversight: follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Admissions & Orientation: support intake processes including safety checks.
• Transportation: provide transportation assistance when needed.
