Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Behavioral Health/residential/human services.
• Experience mentoring or coaching peers strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in residential behavioral health settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Mentor Direct Support Professionals through onboarding and training.
• Ensure safety, documentation and compliance with policies and plans.
• Support community integration and skill development.
