Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Peer Support Specialist for the Oak Recovery Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting pay of $17.00 per hour DOE.

You will facilitate family group activities that support recovery, encourage family involvement in assessments and service planning, and promote community integration and self-sufficiency. Generous PTO and 401K options are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in peer support or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Ability to engage families and support recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate family group activities to support members' recovery.
• Encourage and support families to express perspectives during assessment, planning, and service delivery.
• Create and facilitate diverse family activities that foster recovery and resilience and document member engagements.
