Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Peer Support Specialist for Desert Cove Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role (40 hours/week) emphasizes facilitating family group activities to support recovery and resiliency, documenting engagements, and promoting community integration.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 weeks of behavioral health employment experience.
• Peer Employment Training and Arizona State Peer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate family group activities to support member recovery and family involvement.
• Encourage and document assessment, planning and delivery with focus on resiliency.
• Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency and maintain detailed documentation.
