Job summary

Vernon County is seeking a Recovery Court Coordinator to oversee the Recovery Court program, supervise treatment court team activities, and coordinate services across multiple agencies. The role includes data collection, reporting to the Circuit Judge, and ensuring adherence to program policies.

Responsibilities include policy development, maintaining participant records, and coordinating community resources to support therapeutic outcomes for offenders in the treatment court system.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret statutes, ordinances, court documents and other legal writings.
• Ability to draft and interpret contracts and policies.
• Knowledge of community resources available for counseling, community service and other participant services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Recovery Court programs, screen referrals and monitor compliance.
• Collect outcome data and prepare reports for judges and committees.
• Develop program policies and procedures in consultation with the Judge and team.
• Maintain client files and data; coordinate services and resources.
