Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Recovery Coach for a temporary, part-time on-site role with the BHCHP OBAT program in Boston. You will engage patients with substance use disorders, connect them to recovery resources, and collaborate with the care team to support individualized wellness goals.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; sustained recovery experience and Spanish language skills are highly desired. This is a 9–12 month study-based position with paid hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with people with substance use disorders preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Facilitate connections to recovery resources and community supports.
• Engage patients to identify needs and goals for recovery.
• Attend care team meetings and document in medical records.
