Job summary

Voices of Hope Lexington Inc. seeks a Recovery Coach to support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders. You will provide peer-based support, help create recovery plans, and connect clients with community resources.

Responsibilities include advocacy, education on coping strategies, and coordinating with the team to document progress and outcomes. A valid driver's license and lived recovery experience are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with substance use recovery is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Understanding of substance use disorders and recovery resources.
• Be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals in or seeking recovery.
• Assist participants in developing personalized recovery plans and goals.
• Offer encouragement, motivation, and accountability throughout recovery journey.
