Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and recovery language.
• CARES endorsement or eligibility to obtain CARES.
• Experience in social services delivery or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes client program intakes and/or screenings using client interviews and collateral information.
• Documents encounters and activities to maintain accurate records.
• Monitors progress towards treatment goals and engagement in services.
• Provides peer supports to assist clients with recovery capital goals and linkage to resources.
• Develops relationships with community resources and supports.
