Job summary

Victory Programs in Boston, MA seeks a Certified Recovery Coach to promote recovery-oriented care, provide peer support, and guide individuals through resources and education. You will share your recovery experience appropriately and work at our Jamaica Plain Recovery Center to help members achieve stability and wellness in recovery.

This full-time or part-time on-site role requires high school or equivalent, completion of Recovery Coach Academy, and a commitment to harm-reduction principles.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (required).
• Understanding of the recovery process and Recovery Oriented Systems of Care.
• At least 2 years sustained recovery; Massachusetts requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with peer support, wellness planning, and recovery exploration.
• Support in navigating the recovery system and community resources.
• Run recovery groups and assist individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records.
