Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach for the Families FIRST program across the Valley, with locations in West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix. The role focuses on helping families overcome barriers to substance use recovery and reunification through mentorship and evidence-based outreach.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant behavioral health experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BHPP or BHT experience; six weeks BH experience required.
• One year of continuous work experience preferred.
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and engage clients within 24 hours of referral.
• Coordinate care with DCS and other agencies with consent.
• Document progress notes and ensure timely record-keeping.
• Meet production metrics and maintain linkage to community supports.
