Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Peer Recovery Coach to support patients in recovery from alcohol and drug use. You will work in a team to offer non-clinical peer support, motivate patients, and help develop service plans to link patients to treatment services.

Qualified candidates actively in recovery for at least 3 years, with 1 year of experience preferred, and may receive naxoline training; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active personal recovery for at least 3 years with sustained abstinence.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• May require training on naxoline and travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical peer support and motivation to patients seeking treatment.
• Assist in completing referrals to treatment services and develop service plans to promote linkage.
