Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Lynn, MA is seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to provide non-clinical support to members at the Peer Recovery Centers. The role draws on personal recovery experience to offer guidance, encouragement, and connection to community resources.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CARC preferred.
• Training and certification appropriate to the role; recovery coach or certified peer specialist is preferred.
• Must have lived experience with mental health, substance use conditions, or family supporting a family member with behavioral health challenges; and be in recovery.
• Prefer current or former recipient of behavioral health services.
• Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
• MA Driver's license required.

Schedule: Part-time. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm. Tuesday, 9:00am-1:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am-4:30pm
