Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 operates a 64-bed men’s Residential Step Down program at 214 Haight St, SF, offering transitional housing for individuals who completed at least 30 days of treatment. The Recovery Coach supports client health and recovery through coaching, case management, and system navigation in a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires crisis intervention, documentation, and weekend/holiday availability to ensure continuity of care and program operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• DHCS certification or registration preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services (intakes, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management) as needed.
• Manages client retention and completion, conducts individual coaching sessions.
• Links clients to internal/external resources and follows up on progress.
• Documents updates and incidents in facility log; performs CPR/First Aid as needed; works weekends/holidays.
