Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Program Manager IV for the Mens’ Residential Step Down program in San Francisco. You will lead the program, supervise staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure high-quality, compliant services in a 64-bed transitional housing setting.

Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate documentation and audits to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required.
• 7 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid CA Driver’s License required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Preferred: Master’s in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Preferred: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in CA; CADAC credentials advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer all aspects of the Residential Step-Down Program under Program Director.
• Direct and coordinate activities; ensure smooth admissions and high utilization.
• Provide intake, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management as needed.
• Maintain contract compliance and staff training; ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and policy adherence.
