Recovery Network Of Programs in Bridgeport, Connecticut is seeking a Recovery Coach to provide peer support services to individuals and families dealing with substance use issues. The role focuses on enhancing client recovery through group discussions, coaching, and connecting clients to community resources.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of lived experience in recovery and good communication skills. Certification in recovery coaching is preferred and a valid Connecticut driver's license may be required.
In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Senior Counselor. Provides peer support services for individuals and their families to effectively address issues with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; with flexibility.
