Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system delivering care across the nation. The role provides evidence-based individual and group counseling in office and community settings to help clients discuss substance use, set goals, and develop healthy recovery strategies.

You will facilitate treatment planning, participate in team meetings, and document clinical progress while meeting productivity standards. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; experience equivalency considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based individual and group clinical interventions in office and community settings.
• Engages with clients to discuss substance use and its effects on mental and physical health.
• Aids clients in setting treatment goals and plans to reduce or abstain from substance use.
• Builds rapport and therapeutic relationships to support recovery.
