Job summary

Centerstone in Madison, Indiana, is seeking a Recovery Coach to deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in both office and community settings. You will engage clients to discuss substance use and health and help set goals for recovery, teaching coping skills and building rapport within a therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• Experience working within behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalency considered in place of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling covering psycho-educational and addictions topics.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Develop, implement and monitor treatment/discharge plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation within two business days of service.
