Job Details

• Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)
• Job Duties: Monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, supporting client ADLs if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention. Proper documentation per policies and procedures is required.
• Sign-on Bonuses: $4,000 FT, $2,000 PT, and $1,000 On-Call if hired by May 31, 2025. Bonuses paid after 90 days or 100 hours worked.
• Schedule: Full-Time: Overnight (Thurs-Mon); Part-Time: AM (Sun/Mon) & PM (Sun); On-Call: AM, PM, Overnight
• Qualifications: High school diploma/GED minimum; two years clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred; training may substitute experience; valid CA Driver's License and DMV check required.
