Clinical Aide (Willow Grove) - Evening Shift

Join us for the Clinical Aide (Willow Grove) - Evening Shift role at Malvern Treatment Centers.

Position Overview

Malvern Treatment Centers is seeking full-time Clinical Aides for our second shift at the Willow Grove location. Hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with an every-other-weekend commitment. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and shift differentials.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote patient safety and well-being.
  2. Assist patients with information, services, and support.
  3. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
  4. Conduct strip searches and drug screens as required.
  5. Support patients individually and in groups.
  6. Coordinate with volunteers and assist with family visits.
  7. Document interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  8. Participate in safety and infection control procedures.
  9. Respond to emergencies and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in a related mental health field, or high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Verbal de-escalation training preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff, patients, and visitors.
