Responsibilities include maintaining member records, developing individualized plans, and facilitating employment services, transportation, and community engagement through the Clubhouse model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years of direct service experience in a behavioral health or social services organization.
• Reliable personal automobile (licensed and insured)
• Valid Driver’s License with TN endorsement or ability to obtain within 14 days (Tennessee residents)

Responsabilités

• Promote Psychosocial Rehabilitation within a Clubhouse Model.
• Create a structured work-ordered day for engaging Clubhouse Members in real and meaningful work.
• Maintain a member caseload as assigned by the Program Director.
• Support members in developing individualized recovery goals and tracking progress.
• Conduct employment services including job development, referrals, coaching, transportation, and employment dinners.
