This role is part-time with a NOC shift (Friday-Saturday) to help maintain continuous coverage for recovery services.

The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee.

Crestwood Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) provides Solano County children, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, a safe and warm place to land. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
