Job summary

The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. seeks a caregiver to provide episodic care to individuals in ACCS residences and the community. You will assist with daily living tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a MA CNA certification. Strong report writing and observation skills are required, along with MAP/CPR/First Aid certification or plan to obtain within 3

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Current Certified Nursing Certificate in MA.
• Ability to write clear concise reports incorporating observations of persons served behavior.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on recovery goals.
• Experience in wellness, person centered planning or related areas preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements and ability to maintain standards.
• MAP and CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
