Job summary

SnapCare is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to provide high-quality patient care in a secure behavioral health and correctional setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will play a key role in supporting patients' physical and emotional well-being while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include direct care, activities of daily living assistance, vital signs, safety monitoring, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to obtain Colorado fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, lifting, transferring).
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient observations.
• Monitor patient safety and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Respond to duress alarms and emergencies.
• Assist with patient supervision and one-to-one observations as assigned.
• Transport patients for appointments or activities.
• Follow infection prevention practices and facility safety protocols.
