Job summary

Amatus Recovery Centers in Maryland is seeking a licensed clinician to provide high-quality care and support to individuals on their path to recovery. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to evidence-based treatment and ongoing professional growth.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and maintain precise clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure).
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work with clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.
