• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by State of Ohio Counselor Social Worker Board
• Licensed Physician by State of Ohio Medical Board

Responsibilities

• Provide alcohol and drug group counseling at the assigned correctional institution
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge planning
• Engage and refer clients to Medication-Assisted Treatment, Narcan and Community Linkage
• Monitor and evaluate progress of participants in the programs
• Provide continuing care planning
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, with one evening during the week
• Facilitate two cohorts of treatment programming at a time with a 1:15 participant ratio
• Monitor activities of volunteers and oversee support/fellowship meetings
