Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of operation.
• ASN or BSN degree required/preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction and dual diagnosis treatment beneficial.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision and guidance.
• Coordinate admission processes and patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and care teams.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and infection control.
• Document patient care services in records and charts.
• Monitor health outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Demonstrate delegation and coordination of assigned staff.
• Participate in training and continuing education activities.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Contribute to PI data collection and quality improvement.
