Qualifications

• Valid licensure to practice nursing in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges—RN license.
• Min. one year experience in substance use treatment field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Natural leadership abilities with commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for every client.
• Coordinate client care between medical and clinical departments, UR team, external providers, and pharmacies.
• Oversee all medication inventory, logs, authorizations, lab shipments, and medical supplies.
• Direct all nursing and medical support staff—interviews, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain medical workflow and review protocol and operations.
• Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards through weekly chart review.
