Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred and relevant experience.
• Must have organizational skills and be able to coordinate services.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
• Experience in general facilities operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation of Genesis Recovery Kentucky Center and supervise onsite staff including Case Manager, Kitchen Manager, laundry, grounds maintenance and vehicle upkeep.
• Coordinate with Program Director and Pathways Facility Management to ensure timely property maintenance.
• Provide supervision and scheduling of SOS monitors and maintain a nurturing environment for clients.
