Job summary

Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Addictions & Dependency Program seeks a Lead Technician to supervise ARC Technicians, manage scheduling and supplies, and oversee client urinalysis collection and medication distribution. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in Human Services field required.
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with chemical dependency issues and treatment options.
• Understanding of Native American cultural values and traditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, evaluate and provide guidance to ARC Technicians.
• Prepare technician schedules.
• Manage supplies, inventory and purchasing.
• Collect and process client urinalysis.
• Pick up, prepare, and distribute prescribed medication; fill in as needed.
• Provide transportation for residents to appointments and outside activities.
• Lead program planning meetings and assist staff to fulfill goals and objectives.
