Job summary

BeBold Recovery, a licensed outpatient treatment center in Norfolk, VA, seeks a Peer/Clinical Case Manager to blend lived recovery experience with hands-on case management. You’ll support clients in clinical coordination, housing, transportation, and life needs while coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• CPRS – Virginia certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of sustained recovery.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 peer support sessions (minimum 15 minutes per client).
• Assist with housing applications, job searches, transportation, and basic life needs.
• Help clients access community recovery resources and social services.
• Support orientation and welcoming process for new clients.
• Lead or co-lead peer‑led support groups.
• Accompany clients to appointments when needed.
• Respond to crises and assist with de‑escalation.
• Communicate with clinical and case management staff to coordinate care.
• Complete Medicaid‑compliant documentation for all peer interactions.
• Maintain client confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
