WestCare Tennessee is seeking a Case Manager / Peer Recovery Specialist in Morristown, TN. The position involves collaboration with a Recovery Team, documentation, and participation in trainings while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in a related field is preferred or required depending on role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Community and Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and peer recovery support services to participants.
• Assist participants in identifying goals, strengths, needs, and barriers.
• Connect participants to housing, food, transportation, healthcare, employment, and education resources.
• Advocate for improved access to services and support.
