Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• CDC-A certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a trauma-informed approach to client care.
• Conducts initial and ongoing needs assessments and assists clients in identifying recovery goals.
• Coordinates and links clients to appropriate treatment services and resources.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with trauma-informed care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Counseling
