Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to create individualized recovery plans.
• Empower members to take ownership of their recovery.
• Formally review recovery plans every 90 days.
• Encourage self-determination and the development of new skills.
• Connect with recovery resources and reduce isolation.
• Complete progress notes for all interventions.
• Attend weekly meetings and report any abuse accusations.
• Maintain required employee documentation.
