Paramount Recovery Service Inc. in Sacramento is hiring Recovery Agents / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. No RA experience?

No problem - we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed. Vehicle towing experience is a plus but we will consider candidates with equivalent experience driving commercial vehicles or heavy equipment. Qualifications

• Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes).
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery.
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries.
