Paramount Recovery Service Inc. in Sacramento, CA seeks reliable Recovery Agents / Tow Truck Drivers for full-time roles with day and night shifts. Pay starts at $18.00–$20.00/hour plus incentives; potential earnings quoted at $37,440–$100,000+ per year with incentives.

Training is provided; prior RA experience is welcome but not required. Applicants must have a valid CA driver’s license, pass a BSIS background check, and be capable of operating manual transmission vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must pass California BSIS background check for repossession license.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong driving skills and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Perform basic automotive tasks (jump-starts, tire changes).
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to assign work.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries.
