Job summary

A leading asset resolution company in Chico, CA, is seeking a Recovery Agent. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for towing and repossessing vehicles in compliance with laws. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years towing experience and a valid driver's license. This entry-level role offers training and benefits including health and life insurance as well as a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a tow truck and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Tow vehicles as directed by management.
• Repossess vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Return vehicles to designated locations
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
