Qualifications

  • Two or more years in recovery/behavioral health field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide peer support services following the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
  • Model recovery and resilience tailored to each individual.
  • Assist peers with self-advocacy and social connections.
  • Provide crisis stabilization in line with state guidelines and post-crisis planning.
  • Advocate for youth and engage with families, courts, and service partners.
  • Identify community opportunities to discuss peer services and recovery living.
