Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• One or more years of experience in transactional/relationship sales preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder or psychiatric treatment field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages client caseload and assists RAC team with admission-related activities.
• Focuses on daily follow up, clear communication and documentation with all involved parties.
• Achieves monthly inbound call goals and adheres to training and facility knowledge.
• Communicates with referrals to advocate for clients and leads discussions for support and business development.
• Discusses insurance and payment plans, and determines client financial obligations at admission.
